Freelance florist based in Brockenhurst offering free delivery in and around the New Forest. The company provides a floral service to the public for weddings, funerals and private functions. In addition to this they provide a floral service to corporate clients such as office receptions and Hotels. Simply Daisys came to Jet Web Design with an interest in our logo, stationery and website design package. It quickly became clear that our standard branding package would suit.

The Design Process

Phase one - The Logo

This of course was the first part of the whole design process and in our opinion the most important phase. Skipping this phase or not putting the required effort in now means everything that follows from here will be heading the same way. It is essential to give the client lots of options to feed their imagination so we produced a total of 6 unique and very different logos for Simply Daisys. They were attracted to the more simplistic designs and with just a few more minor adjustments they were able to select the design shown below.

Phase 2 - The Stationery

With the colour scheme now in place and the branding truly underway, we were able to come up with two very unique designs. Again they seemed drawn to the more basic, clean design. This then led the way for the website design.

Phase 3 - The Website

We now took the logo and stationery and any images provided by the client to create the website. We allowed Simply Daisys up to 10 pages and they included several examples of their work on the website. Now with the website design approved, all content in place and the domain name secured, all that was left was the setting up the hosting account and email services.
